We are currently seeking a skilled 6G Manual Welder (Argon Arc) to join our team in the Oil & Energy sector. Responsibilities

Perform manual welding operations using 6G Argon Arc techniques on various metals and thicknesses. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate welding and fabrication. Conduct inspections of welds using appropriate techniques to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with ASME and ISO certifications. Maintain welding equipment and tools in optimal condition, including routine cleaning and minor repairs as necessary. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist in the planning and execution of welding activities to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality control.

Requirements

Proven experience as a manual welder with specific expertise in 6G Argon Arc welding. Valid welding certification or equivalent qualification in welding techniques and safety standards. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications related to welding. Strong knowledge of various welding techniques, processes, and materials used in the oil and energy sector. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
