Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect all structural works to ensure compliance with contract, drawings, and authority standards (DM, Trakhees, RTA). Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, Design Calculation. Monitor contractor's quality control: reinforcement, concrete works, curing, and testing. Issue site observations/NCRs and track corrective actions. Coordinate with Architectural/MEP teams and attend progress meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering (SOE membership preferred). 5-10 years UAE/GCC supervision experience (high-rise/mixed-use preferred). Familiar with ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and local authority regulations. Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
