About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a flair for design, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life through stunning, photorealistic 3D visuals.

As a 3D Visualizer, you'll transform ideas and architectural designs into captivating visual experiences -- helping clients and teams envision spaces and products before they're built.

Key Responsibilities

Visualization Creation

: Develop high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and product designs.

3D Modeling

: Build accurate and detailed models from drawings, sketches, or verbal input.

2D Drawing Preparation

: Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts with sound technical knowledge and accuracy.

Materials & Texturing

: Apply materials, textures, and lighting for realistic and immersive effects.

Rendering

: Produce photorealistic outputs using tools like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or equivalent.

Quality Assurance

: Review and refine visuals to ensure consistency, realism, and alignment with project goals.

Project Management

: Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Collaboration

: Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure creative and technical harmony.

Continuous Learning

: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and visualization techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, backed by a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in

: o Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender*
o Rendering tools: V-Ray, Corona Renderer*
o Graphic tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator*
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. Good knowledge of technical drawing standards and 2D drafting. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
