Purpose of the Job

To create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations that accurately represent interior design concepts, helping


communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders. The 3D Visualizer supports the design team by producing


visuals that bring ideas to life and aid in decision-making.

Experiences and Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably within the interior design or architectural industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing interior 3D renderings.

Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.

Produce 3D visualizations (still renders and/or animations) for interior design projects.

Interpret 2D drawings, sketches, and mood boards to develop accurate 3D models.

Collaborate with interior designers to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Apply textures, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques to enhance the realism of outputs.

Perform basic post-production editing to finalize images and presentations.

Ensure deliverables are produced on time and in alignment with project needs.

Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software tools to improve rendering quality.

Job Main Objectives

Create accurate, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs that effectively communicate design intent.

Provide visuals that support client approvals and reduce the need for multiple revisions.

Ensure technical accuracy and consistency in all renderings.

Collaborate effectively with designers and project teams to meet deadlines.
