Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

3D Visualizer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into photorealistic visualizations, animations, and VR experiences to support architectural, interior, and landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality

3D models and renderings

of architectural, interior, and landscape designs. Develop

photorealistic visualizations

using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent tools. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in outputs. Produce

animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences

for presentations and client approvals. Perform

post-production editing

and enhancements using Adobe Photoshop or related software. Apply advanced

lighting, texture mapping, and shading techniques

to achieve realistic visuals. Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring

timely delivery

and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest

trends, tools, and techniques

in 3D visualization and design. Effectively

present and communicate visual ideas

to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or related field

. Proven experience as a

3D Visualizer

, with a strong

portfolio

showcasing 3D modeling, rendering, and animation work. Proficiency in

3D software

(3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, Maya). Experience with

rendering engines

(V-Ray, Corona, Arnold). Strong command of

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of

VR/AR applications

is a plus. Excellent

eye for detail, color, composition, and lighting

. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle

multiple deadlines

under pressure.

Desired Skills

Familiarity with

BIM software

such as Revit or ArchiCAD. Knowledge of

video editing software

for creating presentations and walkthroughs. Strong understanding of

architectural, interior, and landscape design principles
