Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled

3D Visualizer

with

3 to 8 years

of experience in architectural visualization. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and interior designers to produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings that accurately reflect design concepts and support presentations, marketing, and client approvals. A strong portfolio showcasing your visualization skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand design goals and translate them into compelling visualizations Create

high-quality, photorealistic renderings

of interior and exterior architectural environments Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and rendering assets Prepare visuals for

client presentations, marketing campaigns, competitions

, and internal design reviews Produce

site plans, landscaping visuals, and animation sequences

when required Refine visuals in response to feedback, ensuring alignment with project standards and deadlines Stay updated with the latest software, plugins, and industry visualization techniques Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of visualization workflows

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts

, or a related discipline

3-8 years

of proven experience in architectural 3D visualization Expert-level proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender

, and

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, After Effects) Solid understanding of

architectural design principles

, construction drawings, and detailing Strong abilities in

lighting, shading, texturing, composition

, and

post-production

Excellent communication skills and ability to

interpret briefs and visualize design intent clearly

Ability to

manage multiple deadlines

and work both independently and as part of a team
