Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings of architectural, interior, landscape, and product designs.
Produce photorealistic visualizations using industry-standard software such as
3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion
, or equivalent.
Collaborate with design teams to interpret conceptual sketches, drawings, and ideas into visual outputs.
Develop
walkthroughs, flythroughs
, and
VR experiences
for presentations and client engagements.
Enhance renderings using
post-production tools
like Adobe Photoshop for optimal presentation quality.
Ensure accuracy in
lighting, textures, materials, and composition
to create realistic and aesthetically appealing scenes.
Manage and prioritize multiple visualization tasks across various projects to meet tight deadlines.
Stay current with the latest
industry trends, software updates

visualization techniques

Present visuals confidently in design meetings and client reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts
, or a related discipline.
2-5+ years of professional experience
as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or design firms.
Proven proficiency in
3D modeling software
: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or Maya.
Advanced knowledge of
rendering engines
: V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, or similar.
Skilled in
Adobe Creative Suite
(especially Photoshop; Illustrator a plus).
Experience with

Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of
