You will play a key role in visualizing design concepts and bringing projects to life through high-quality visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural, interior, and landscape projects.
Develop visualizations using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent software.
Work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design concepts and convert them into compelling visuals.
Produce animations, walkthroughs, and immersive visual presentations including VR experiences.
Apply accurate lighting, materials, textures, and shading to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.
Perform post-production editing of renders using Adobe Photoshop and similar tools.
Manage multiple visualization tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.
Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the field of 3D visualization.
Present ideas clearly to clients, design teams, and other collaborators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of 3D renderings and animations.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or Maya.
Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Arnold.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of VR/AR applications is an advantage.
Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and color.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
Knowledge of video editing software for creating visual presentations and walkthroughs.
Understanding of architectural, interior, and landscape design concepts.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in 3D visualization.
