Join our innovative real estate marketing team in Dubai as a 3D VFX Animator and help us showcase luxury developments with unmatched visual brilliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create breathtaking 3D animations, VFX and walkthroughs for luxury villas, apartments, and masterplan communities.
-Animate interiors, exteriors, environments, and lifestyle shots that emotionally connect with buyers.
-Design dynamic camera movements, particle effects (water features, lighting ambiance, cityscapes), and atmospheric enhancements.
-Collaborate with architects, marketing teams, and developers to ensure brand alignment and design accuracy.
-Assist in post-production edits and deliver high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, sales presentations, and exhibitions.
What We're Looking For:
-1+ years of experience in 3D animation/VFX, ideally in real estate, architecture, or advertising.
-Expertise in 3ds Max, Maya, After Effects, V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine or equivalent.
-Strong portfolio of architectural animations and real estate visuals.
-Understanding of lighting, shadows, material textures, and high-quality rendering techniques.
-Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team.
