We are seeking a skilled
3D Printing Specialist
to support the design, prototyping, and production processes of Renie Smart Bins and related components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
3D printing technologies, materials, and post-processing techniques
, ensuring high-quality prototypes and parts that meet our production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM, SLA, or SLS).
Prepare and optimize CAD files for 3D printing.
Conduct regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.
Manage material inventory and recommend new printing materials.
Post-process and finish printed components (sanding, polishing, assembly).
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to bring concepts to life.
Document processes and provide feedback to improve design and print quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
3D printing operations
(minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of
CAD software
(SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar).
Familiarity with different 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS).
Understanding of
PETG
material.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
