Job Description

We are looking for a talented

3D Max Designer Cum Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong 3D visualization skills along with the ability to communicate with clients, present design concepts, and support sales activities. You will work closely with our design and sales departments to create impressive visual presentations and convert client requirements into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D renderings, layouts, and interior visualizations using

3ds Max

,

V-Ray/Corona

, and

AutoCAD

. Develop office furniture layouts, space planning, and design proposals based on client requirements. Prepare visual presentations and mood boards to support sales pitches. Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable design and product recommendations. Assist the sales team with product explanations, specifications, and customized solutions. Follow up with leads and contribute to closing sales deals. Coordinate with production and technical teams for final approvals and client sign-off. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with design and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

3D Designer / 3D Visualizer

using

3ds Max

. Knowledge of

Corona

or

V-Ray Renderer

. Basic understanding of office furniture or interior fit-out is an advantage. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects. Sales experience or confident client-facing ability. Fast learner with a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop Space planning & layout expertise Previous experience in furniture or fit-out companies Strong presentation skills
