Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials
Prepare
BOQs and quantity take-offs
from drawings
Verify site progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients
Assist in material, finish, lighting, furniture, and texture selection
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture / Interior / Commercial Design
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
Strong portfolio of photorealistic 3D work
Proficiency in
3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD & Adobe Suite
Experience in BOQ preparation and site verification (preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in
MS Office
Fluent in
English
Valid UAE driving license - mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
