The Eventrax LLC is looking for a talented 3D Designer with a strong background in event design. You'll be working closely with our creative and production teams to develop event concepts, 3D visuals, and presentation materials that bring our projects to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under tight deadlines and can adapt to the fast pace of the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D event designs, stage setups, and layouts for exhibitions, corporate events, and activations.
Translate creative briefs into engaging visual concepts and renders.
Prepare client presentations that align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure designs are practical and aligned with on-site requirements.
Work flexible hours -- including overnight shifts when deadlines require it.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the
events or exhibition industry
.
Strong portfolio showcasing event-related 3D work.
Proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of
brand guidelines
and presentation design.
UAE experience or proven experience with large-scale event projects preferred.
Reliable and self-motivated, able to work remotely and manage time effectively.
