Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Develop photorealistic renderings and visualizations to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all 3D designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Revise and update 3D models based on feedback from project teams and clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D design and visualization.
Support project teams with additional design tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or certification in 3D Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in the engineering, architecture, or construction industry.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design projects and renderings.
