Together, we're pushing the boundaries of design and manufacturing in the UAE, and we're looking for a

versatile 3D Designer

who can design anything -- from fluid, creative forms to precise industrial components.

Role Overview

As our in-house

3D Designer

, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, modeling, and preparing print-ready designs across both creative and industrial projects. You'll work closely with our printing team to ensure designs are optimized for FDM and industrial printers, maintaining quality, detail, and print efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and model

3D assets

ranging from

toys, characters, giveaways, and artistic figures

to

mechanical parts, enclosures, and industrial components

. Translate

client briefs or concept sketches

into detailed, ready-to-print 3D models. Prepare and export

STL/OBJ files

optimized for FDM and industrial-grade printing. Collaborate with both

creative

and

engineering

teams to ensure accuracy and aesthetic appeal. Troubleshoot and adjust designs to improve printability and performance. Maintain organized files, version control, and backup of 3D models. Support post-processing or visualization tasks as needed (renders, presentation mockups, etc.).

Requirements

Proven experience as a

3D Designer / 3D Modeler

, with a strong and diverse portfolio. Skilled in

Blender, ZBrush, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks

(knowledge of multiple software tools is a big advantage). Solid understanding of

3D printing principles

-- tolerances, supports, wall thickness, orientation, and slicing. Experience designing for

FDM printers

and knowledge of

industrial additive manufacturing processes

. Attention to detail and ability to balance

creative design with functional engineering

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in

multicolor/multi-material printing design

. Familiarity with

Bambu Studio, Cura, or PrusaSlicer

. Knowledge of

CAD-to-manufacturing workflows

. Basic rendering or post-processing skills (KeyShot, Blender Cycles, etc.).
