3D Designer - Exhibitions & Events

This is a full-time role for a Senior Events and Exhibition 3D Designer located on-site in Dubai. The Senior Events 3D Designer will be responsible for developing creative 3D designs for events, leading the full design team including conceptualizing and rendering event spaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with event planners and clients,

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative design process from concept to completion for events and exhibition stands Create layouts, concept boards, and renderings that align with client requirements. Produce and refine accurate technical drawings Present concepts confidently to clients, aligning designs with their vision Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready Maintain design integrity, adhere to timelines, and ensure brand consistency across all projects

Qualifications:

Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience in 3D Event Structures and Exhibition Stands Produce accurate drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation using AutoCAD. Experience with Animation and Lighting techniques Graphic Design skills is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent visual creativity Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Dubai Experience in the events industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field..

Requirements

Minimum 1-

3 years' UAE experience

in a similar role (Arabic language is a plus) Expertise in
