Position Overview
As an 3D Event Designer, your role is to create memorable experiences for clients by conceptualizing, planning and designing events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and use your creativity and expertise to bring their ideas to life. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of event logistics and design principles.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their event goals, vision and budget Create event design proposals, including floor plans, lighting, decor, and other elements Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of event logistics, such as audio/visual equipment and floral arrangements Manage event timelines and budgets Attend and oversee events to ensure all details are executed flawlessly Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
3- 5+ years of experience in event design and planning, with good interior design experience. Strong understanding of event logistics and technical production (lighting, audio/visual, etc.) Proficiency in 3D design software Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
