3D Designer (Events Background)

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with a strong background in Events to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conceptualizing, modeling, and rendering 3D designs specifically for events such as exhibitions, conferences, activations, stage setups, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create detailed and realistic 3D designs for events including layouts, booths, stages, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.

? Collaborate closely with event planners, marketing, and production teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.

? Prepare presentation-ready renders and walkthroughs to communicate design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

? Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring design integrity and brand guidelines.

? Conduct site visits when necessary to take measurements and ensure design feasibility.

? Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to event production.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. ? 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D design, PREFERABLY WITHIN THE EVENTS OR

EXHIBITION INDUSTRY.

? Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.

? Knowledge of event production materials, fabrication methods, and spatial planning.

? Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design projects related to events.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills:

? Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.

? Familiarity with AR/VR integration in event design is an advantage. ? Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
