Position: 2D & 3D Designer

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Industry Preference: Luxury Packaging (experience is a strong plus)

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, proficiency in both 2D and 3D software, and the ability to translate creative concepts into high-quality packaging designs. Experience in luxury packaging is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop 2D artwork and 3D structural designs for luxury packaging, including boxes, displays, and custom packaging components.

Create realistic 3D renderings, mockups, and visual presentations for client approvals.

Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and manufacturable.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, dielines, and specifications for sampling and mass production.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to bring brand concepts to life.

Maintain design quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and innovation in the luxury sector.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in 2D/3D design (luxury packaging experience is a plus).

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and 3D tools like SolidWorks, KeyShot, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes used in high-end packaging.

Excellent creativity with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with velvet, suede, MDF, PU leather, EVA foam, and other luxury materials.

Knowledge of printing techniques such as foil stamping, embossing, UV, and metal branding.

Passion for innovation and premium design aesthetics.
