Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality
3D models and renderings
for both interior and exterior spaces.
Develop
detailed drawings
aligned with approved 3D designs.
Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings and visual presentations.
Prepare
material specifications
, selections, and support in developing
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
.
Support design reviews and make required revisions promptly.
Ensure deliverables meet industry standards, project timelines, and client expectations.
Requirements
Strong professional skills in
3D modeling and rendering
(interior & exterior).
Proficiency in relevant software such as
3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray
, or similar tools.
Ability to prepare
detailed drawings
based on 3D concepts.
Good knowledge of
materials
, finishes, and their applications.
Experience in preparing or supporting
BOQ development
.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and technical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and within a project team.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
Experience working in healthcare, consultancy, or related industries is an advantage.
Portfolio showcasing 3D design and rendering work.
