Job Summary:

The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, product models, and packaging designs for perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products. This role supports the product development, marketing, and branding teams by producing accurate 3D renders, mockups, and technical-ready files that reflect Sterling's creative and commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create 3D models and photo-realistic renders for

perfume bottles, caps, pumps, boxes, and luxury packaging

. Work closely with the product development team to translate concepts into final designs. Develop technical drawings, measurement files, and production-ready specifications for suppliers. Collaborate with marketing teams to create 3D visuals for catalogs, presentations, and brand materials. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple product lines. Prepare 3D animations and product rotations for promotional use (optional). Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials. Work closely with suppliers and mold makers to ensure accuracy in final production. Stay updated with industry trends, new design techniques, and advanced 3D technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Designer (preferably in

perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG packaging

). Strong experience in designing

bottles, jars, boxes, and luxury packaging

. Proficiency in 3D design software such as:

3ds Max / Blender / Maya

KeyShot / Cinema 4D

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experience with technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
