Key Responsibilities
Design and develop creative, brand-aligned 3D concepts for luxury retail spaces, fixtures, and environments.
Produce detailed 3D models, renders, and drawings using professional software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar).
Collaborate with project managers, marketing, product, and sales teams for cohesive and on-brand visual solutions.
Present 3D visuals, ideas, and design proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure creative solutions are technically feasible, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to coordinate with the fit-out team.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional 3D design experience, preferably in the retail or fit-out sector.
Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Blender, or similar, plus Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing completed retail/interior fit-out projects.
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and client-facing abilities.
