As part of this exciting transformation, they are expanding their reach with a new branch in Dubai. In line with this expansion, they are seeking a dynamic Senior 3D Event Designer who will play a pivotal role not only in shaping their creative vision but also in focusing on the event management and planning aspect of their services. Renowned for delivering turnkey projects from concept to impeccable execution, their team is prepared to deploy its full forces and logistics to create impactful events such as corporate events, ground-breaking ceremonies, festivals, and concerts.

Job Overview:

The Senior 3D Event Designer is responsible for creating compelling and high-quality 3D visuals for event concepts. They play a key role in transforming these concepts into tangible experiences for events, installations, and digital platforms. This individual will be pivotal in steering the visual direction of the event, ensuring design excellence and consistency across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for exhibition stands, event layouts, signage, and displays using various design tools. Create 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and mock-ups to visualize concepts effectively.
• Space Utilization and Traffic Flow: Optimize space within exhibition or event venues for traffic flow, accessibility, and engagement. Make strategic decisions regarding booth and product placement, seating arrangements, and interactive areas.
• Material Selection: Choose suitable materials, fabrics, lighting, and decorative elements, balancing aesthetics with durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Incorporating Technology: Integrate interactive technologies, audiovisual equipment, digital displays, and immersive experiences to enhance the event design.

• Project Oversight: Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand identity and adherence to standards of creativity and innovation.
• Deadline Management: Efficiently handle tight deadlines, maintaining quality and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry developments and emerging tools to keep our design practices innovative and current.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in exhibition and event design, with a proven track record of managing design projects from inception to completion.
• Skilled in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of visual design skills in events design projects.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• A keen eye for visual details to ensure all aspects of the design align with the overall vision and quality standards.
• The ability to storyboard or convert ideas into solid concepts and designs.
• The capability to meet deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Dubai.

• Occasional travel for site visits and client meetings.
