Our Company is seeking an Interior Designer to join our dynamic team of creatives. The candidate must be highly experienced in residential villas, passionate, and a creative problem-solver. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, balance multiple project commitments, handle projects in various sectors, and keep up with deadlines and milestones. Job description: The ideal candidate should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with a client to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure complete workflow is followed meeting the deadline
• Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant
• Knowledge of the market to bring the best deals for the clients
• Knowledge of regulations and permissions required to complete work as per client requests
• Ability to get business, clients, and collaborations and grow the business.

Time Management

• Handle many projects at one time with extremely efficient time management
• Ensure all deadlines are met, following up with and managing the production team as necessary
• Be punctual for all internal and external meetings, understand everything that will be required for meetings and be well prepared without requiring prompting and guidance from upper management
• Ensure emails are responded to and actioned in appropriate time frames
• Understand when to delegate and do so effectively, oversee production, and take responsibility for the quality of work produced.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D max, Revvit, Vray/Corona Render other interior design software, and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to execute
• Ability to design different styles and themes of the interior to cater to different client's taste
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to promote the business, build its reputation and satisfy clients.
• Those who have driving licenses will be preferred, and UAE experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
