About the Role

We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

3D Designer

to join our growing team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering stunning 3D visualizations that bring our ideas to life -- from product mockups to immersive environments, packaging, events, or architecture.

You should be passionate about design, have a strong grasp of spatial aesthetics, and be able to translate abstract concepts into beautiful, realistic 3D visuals that elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and renders for a range of applications (e.g., events, products, environments, animations). Collaborate with art directors, graphic designers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand design objectives and bring creative visions to life. Create photorealistic renderings and animated walkthroughs for client presentations, internal approvals, or production teams. Assist in developing creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies. Optimize 3D models for production, digital use, or physical fabrication. Stay current on design trends, rendering techniques, and software tools. Ensure timely delivery of all visual assets in line with project deadlines.

Requirements

Local Residents

Proven experience as a 3D Designer or 3D Visualizer (2+ years preferred). Advanced proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Maya, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Redshift, Octane, Lumion, KeyShot, etc.). Excellent eye for design, color, lighting, material, and form. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Understanding of spatial design and composition (especially for product design, interiors, or events). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
