Position: 3D Design Visualizer

Role Overview:
The 3D Design Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. This role involves collaborating closely with architects, leads and project managers to translate design concepts into compelling visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop detailed 3D models and produce photorealistic renderings of architectural and interior designs using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to understand project requirements and ensure visualizations align with design intent.
Presentation Preparation: Create visual presentations, including mood boards and visual aids, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Post-Production: Apply post-production techniques to enhance the quality of renderings, ensuring consistency and alignment with project objectives.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
Quality Assurance: Review and critique renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in architectural or interior design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
