3D Architectural Visualizer Location:

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic 3D Architecture Visualizer to join our creative team and contribute to a wide range of exciting projects. Job Summary: The 3D Architecture Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and construction projects. This role involves working closely with architects, engineers to translate design concepts into compelling visual representations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their 3D visualization skills and have a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is also essential for this role to assist with presentations and post-production tasks. Key Responsibilities: o Develop high-quality 3D models of architectural designs, including interiors, exteriors, and landscaping, based on 2D drawings, sketches, and other design information. o Produce photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations that effectively communicate design intent. o Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. o Assist in the creation of presentation materials, including image retouching, color correction, and layout design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. o Utilize Canva for creating supporting graphics, social media content, or internal presentation elements as required. o Maintain and organize the 3D model library and rendering assets. o Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization techniques, software, and industry trends. o Ensure all visualizations align with company brand standards and project specifications. o Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. o Participate in design discussions and provide creative input. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field. o Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably within an architectural or construction environment . o Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering skills. o Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar. o Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for understanding and working with architectural drawings. o Essential proficiency in graphic design software: Adobe Illustrator (for vector graphics and presentations), Adobe Photoshop (for image editing, post-production, and texture creation), and Canva (for creating quick graphics and presentations). o A strong understanding of architectural concepts, design principles, and construction detailing. o Excellent eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting. o Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into 3D representations accurately. o Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. o Creative and artistic flair with a passion for architectural visualization. o Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
