Key Responsibilities:
Design and decorate
custom 3D and sculpted cakes
for various occasions
Work with fondant, buttercream, modeling chocolate, and edible decorations
Create character, themed, and artistic 3D cake designs
Ensure high-quality finishing and presentation standards
Manage time efficiently to meet order deadlines
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Support and guide junior decorators when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in
3D cake decoration
