As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our growth story -- winning new business, building deep client relationships, and delivering exceptional talent solutions across specialist sectors. What You'll Do

Own and grow a specialist vertical (AI, Tech, FinTech, FS, Renewable Energy). Partner with senior decision-makers and build long-term client relationships. Run full-cycle recruitment: headhunting, screening, and presenting shortlists. Manage retained, exclusive, and contingent mandates. Drive revenue growth while setting the standard for recruitment excellence.

Who We're Looking For

3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally Dubai-based). Strong track record in senior placements. Commercially sharp, confident, and relationship-driven. Ambitious to step into senior leadership or practice head roles.
