What You'll Do

Find new clients and get them to sign contracts with you for recruitment Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing. Option to build your own team of recruiters as you grow (yes, you can earn from them too!). Represent the Dawaam brand with excellence, energy, and integrity.
What You Bring

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a people-focused role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to build*, not just work.
Confidence using online tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, CRMs, etc.). Reliability, ambition, and a bit of hustle.
