We're seeking a
creative and result-driven 360 Marketing Executive
who can speak and write both
English and Arabic fluently
, to lead digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand marketing across all major platforms.
About the Role
You will manage and optimize
multi-channel marketing strategies
-- including social media, influencer partnerships, and paid digital advertising.
Your main goal will be to
increase sales, brand visibility, and profit margins
through creative and data-driven marketing.
Exceptional performance will be rewarded with

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Social Media Marketing
Identify and recruit the
right influencers
for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook).
Coordinate influencer campaigns, visits, photo/video shoots, and collaborations.
Select the
perfect products
for influencers to promote, focusing on trending and profitable items.
Ensure all influencer posts correctly
tag Star Gallery Mart
and mention the proper branch or shop number.
Collect and repurpose influencer content for reels, ads, and promotional highlights.
Maintain detailed tracking sheets for influencer performance, costs, and ROI.
2. Digital Advertising
Plan and manage
paid advertisements
across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Snapchat Ads
YouTube Ads
WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns
Optimize ad targeting, budget management, and creatives for maximum ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure measurable growth.
3. Campaign Management (360 Marketing)
Execute
integrated campaigns
across social media, digital, print, and in-store channels.
Work with designers, content creators, and editors to create daily ads, offers, and product visuals.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and conversion results.
4. Customer Engagement & In-Store Activation
Drive real customer engagement and walk-in traffic through online promotions.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage and customer moments for social media content.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare
weekly reports
on influencer performance, ad results, engagement, and ROI.
Suggest improvements and new strategies for future campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
.
2-4 years
of experience in
digital marketing, influencer management
, or
retail promotions
(UAE experience preferred).
Proven experience with
Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and WhatsApp Ads
.
Must
speak and write both English and Arabic fluently
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify viral content opportunities.
Preferred Skills & Tools
Experience with
Meta Business Suite

TikTok Ads Manager

Snapchat Ads Manager

YouTube Studio
.
Familiarity with
Canva
,
CapCut
, or
Adobe Premiere
for simple design or video editing.
Strong knowledge of
analytics tools
(Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
Ability to create
high-performing ad copy and captions
in English and Arabic.
Performance & Bonus Structure
Trial Period:
2 months (paid).
Target:
During the trial, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to
increase monthly sales by approximately 25%-50%
through effective marketing and influencer campaigns, while also improving profit margins.
Bonus:
Up to
AED 10,000/month to

Influencers and partners grant permission for re-uploading and marketing use.
