Responsible for supervising and executing mechanical works at site for core building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems at site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other trades for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports.
Support testing & commissioning activities and assist in project handover.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3-6 years of site experience in
MEP contracting
.
Strong exposure to
core building projects
(residential, commercial, or high-rise).
* Knowledge of standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, etc.).
