Key Responsibilities
Prepare
2D drawings and 3D visualizations
for renovation, fit-out, and interior projects.
Develop
detailed AutoCAD layouts
, drawings, and as-built drawings.
Work closely with project engineers and supervisors to ensure designs align with site requirements.
Support in developing
design concepts, presentations, and client proposals
.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure design feasibility and practical implementation.
Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and design updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
.
Strong skills in
AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in design, preferably in renovation or fit-out projects.
Ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
