Job Description

We are looking for a talented 2D Designer to join our creative team in delivering high-quality visuals for events, exhibitions, and activations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pre-printing and production design, with hands-on experience preparing artwork files for large-format printing, branding, and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D design concepts, layouts, and artwork for event branding, exhibitions, and marketing materials. Prepare and finalize print-ready files according to production specifications. Work closely with project managers, 3D designers, and printers to ensure accurate color matching, sizing, and print quality. Adapt designs to various formats, including signage, backdrops, banners, and collaterals. Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements. Support the creative and production team with quick turnarounds under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an events, exhibition, or printing company. Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat. Excellent understanding of pre-printing processes, bleed setup, color profiles, and file formats. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. Experience in large-format and offset printing is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of 3D design coordination (optional but a plus). Creative eye for layout, typography, and visual balance. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
