Master Planning & Residential ProjectsResponsibilities
Manage complete pre-contract cycle including cost planning, BOQs, and tender documents
Lead end-to-end tender processes including evaluations and negotiations
Prepare pre-tender estimates, feasibility studies, and procurement strategy
Coordinate with consultants, planners, and legal teams for commercial inputs
Advise on cost implications and value engineering during design development
Requirements
? bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field
? Minimum 10 years of experience with 6+ years in the UAE market
? Strong exposure to master-planned and residential real estate developments
? Proficient in tendering tools such as CostX, Candy, and Excel
? Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE cost benchmarks
