Key Responsibilities



Zone Supervision



Oversee daily operations within assigned store area (zone) to ensure cleanliness, organization, and product availability. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and support team productivity. Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers when needed. Maintain proper display standards and ensure product labeling and pricing accuracy. Prevent stock damage, loss, and ensure proper handling of merchandise.

Storekeeping



Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and supplies. Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and report discrepancies. Organize storage areas for easy access, safety, and efficient retrieval. Coordinate with purchasing/sales teams to replenish low-stock items. Prepare and issue materials to various store sections as required. Maintain inventory records and documentation.

Requirements



Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Zone Supervisor, or similar retail/warehouse role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic computer skills (POS, inventory systems preferred). Good communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lift and move boxes when required. Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in stationery or retail industry is an advantage. Familiarity with inventory software is a plus. Ability to speak English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added benefit.
