Job Title: Zoho Technical Consultant - Real Estate

Role Summary
We are looking for a Zoho Technical Consultant with strong expertise in scripting,
automation, and API integrations across Zoho CRM, Creator, People, and Finance. The
role will focus on developing scalable and secure solutions to automate real estate
operations, HR workflows, and finance reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Custom Development:
.Create Zoho Creator apps for:
.Buyer registration forms with Emirates ID verification.
.Automated payment reminders linked to Zoho Books.
.Integrate RERA/DLD APIs for property data validation.
.Customize Zoho CRM modules using Deluge scripting to handle lead
assignment, project-unit linking, broker commission workflows, and
customer approvals .
. Build Creator apps for document management (passport, receipts), sales
offer automation, and event-based unit tracking.
2. Integration:
.Connect Zoho with Dubai Land Department (DLD) portals.
.Sync WhatsApp Business API for customer notifications.
Data Migration:
.Transfer legacy data (Excel/ERP) to Zoho with UAE data localization.
3. Financial Compliance
. Automated escrow reporting for Dubai RERA
. Audit-ready books with project cost tracking
4. HR E?ciency
. Visa quota management for 1000+ laborers
. WPS error reduction to avoid UAE fines
5. Construction Tech
.RFID-based site access logs
.Concrete curing monitoring via Zoho IoT

Skills Required:? Deluge Scripting: For automated workflows (e.g., payment default alerts).
? API Integration: DLD, payment gateways (PayTabs/Telr).
? Security: OAuth 2.0, GDPR/DIFC compliance.

Educational Qualification-

Bachelor's Degree / Higher Degree in Computer Science / Technology.
