Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Zoho Professional to manage, develop and optimise our full suite of Zoho applications. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical experience across both the front-end (user interface and process design) and back-end (custom workflows, scripting and integrations) of the Zoho ecosystem.

You will work closely with multiple departments, including sales, finance, operations and engineering, to streamline workflows, automate processes and ensure that Zoho tools are fully aligned with business objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise the complete Zoho suite, including but not limited to: Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Projects, Expense and People. Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, blueprints and automation across applications. Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and interfaces to improve accessibility and decision-making. Integrate Zoho with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, email marketing, analytics tools) using APIs and custom scripts. Provide cross-functional training and support to internal teams on Zoho usage and best practices. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity across platforms. Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and propose Zoho-based solutions. Manage user permissions, security protocols, and system backups. Stay updated with Zoho platform updates and introduce relevant features to the business.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

Expert-level knowledge of the entire Zoho suite, including backend and frontend capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to translate technical detail into user-friendly language.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience working with Zoho systems in a technical, administrative, or development role.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Zoho applications, including automation.

Certification in Zoho CRM, Creator, or other Zoho products (desirable).

Excellent written and spoken English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
