Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design suitable
Zoho-based solutions

Conduct
product demonstrations

presentations
to potential clients.
Prepare
technical proposals

solution documentation

Support
RFP/RFQ responses
with detailed solution architecture and costing.
Liaise with the
implementation team
to ensure smooth project handover.
Identify opportunities for
customization and automation
within Zoho applications.
Stay updated on
new Zoho product releases and features

Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a deep understanding of their business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Minimum
3 years of experience in Zoho presales or solution consulting
, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Zoho One Suite
(CRM, Books, Creator, People, Projects, Desk, Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Experience in
requirement gathering

Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
