to support the full implementation and optimization of Odoo for our growing e-commerce and call center operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and automating workflows within Odoo.
Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Invoicing, Website, eCommerce, Employees, and Studio.
Customize workflows and dashboards for sales order processing, delivery tracking, and profit analysis.
Integrate third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp API, payment gateways, shipping systems).
Train our internal team (12 members) on using Odoo efficiently.
Set up automated reporting (sales, profit, stock, etc.).
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience implementing Odoo (preferably v15 or later)
Strong understanding of Odoo modules: Sales, Inventory, Invoicing, CRM, and Studio
Ability to automate workflows and set up reporting dashboards
Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and delivery tracking
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
Arabic language is a plus (not mandatory)
