Job Description

VO is seeking a talented

Zoho Developer

to architect and implement smart, scalable solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. This role is critical to optimizing workflows, automating operations, and integrating platforms across our fashion and production business units. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support our digital infrastructure and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.) tailored to OVO's business processes Build and manage Deluge scripts, workflows, blueprints, custom functions, and API integrations Automate internal workflows and improve user experience across departments (Sales, Production, Logistics, Customer Service) Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms and internal databases Troubleshoot issues and deliver ongoing system support, optimization, and documentation Ensure data consistency, system security, and reliable performance Generate custom dashboards and reports to assist leadership decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho apps Strong command of

Deluge scripting

Zoho APIs

, and workflow design Proven experience in business process automation and CRM structuring Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
