to support and enhance our business automation and CRM processes.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Zoho Developer

to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Zoho suite. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure seamless system integration to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.) based on business needs. Create and maintain Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, and API integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Ensure data integrity, system security, and optimal performance of Zoho applications. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Zoho platforms. Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs. Experience in integrating Zoho with third-party platforms and internal systems. Solid understanding of business process automation and CRM workflows. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Flow is a plus. Background in real estate or services industries is advantageous.
