We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Zoho CRM Operator

to manage, maintain, and optimize our Zoho CRM platform. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, supporting our sales and marketing teams, and driving the effective use of the CRM across the organization. Key Responsibilities

The Zoho CRM Operator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Data Management:

Performing regular data imports, exports, and deduping to maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date database.

System Maintenance:

Daily monitoring of the CRM system's health, troubleshooting issues, and managing user roles, profiles, and security settings.

Email Templates:

Providing design for the emails inside the App, and linking it to others, creating workflows to run it based on the events inside CRM records..

Configuration & Customization:

Creating and modifying custom modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprint automations, and validation rules to meet business needs.

Reporting & Analytics:

Developing and maintaining key reports, dashboards, and views to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (2 years)

as a Zoho CRM Administrator, Operator, or similar role. Deep understanding of the entire Zoho CRM suite's functionality, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, and customization features. Demonstrable ability to manage large datasets and maintain high standards of data quality and governance. Proficiency in creating complex workflow rules and Blueprint automations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

Familiarity with other Zoho One applications (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Creator, Desk). Experience with

Deluge scripting

(or a willingness to learn). Zoho CRM Certification(s). Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
