Key Responsibilities

• Support daily youth program activities in a safe, caring, and engaging environment
• Supervise children during scheduled games, arts and crafts, group activities, and events
• Act as a roving attendant across different activity stations when required
• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate recreational and educational programs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of youth facilities and equipment
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate clearly with parents
• Support registration processes and address basic behavioral or participation concerns
• Assist with special events, themed activities, and party planning for youth programs
• Promote available youth activities and programs to guests
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in childcare, recreation, or youth activity programs
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Comfortable working in a physically active role involving standing and movement
• Friendly, patient, and confident when working with children and families

Skills Set

• Child supervision and activity coordination skills
• Ability to lead group games and creative activities
• Basic safety awareness and emergency response knowledge
• Clear communication with guests, parents, and team members
