Capgemini Young Professionals Program is designed for university graduates in Egypt. The program, which will start in January 2026, aims to provide experience and exposure across the below fields and includes intensive training courses and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Program Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. University graduates of the years 2024 & 2025. Outstanding English Communication both verbal and non-verbal. Additional language such as German, French, Spanish is a plus at a minimum level of intermediate B2. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills. Willingness to learn. Military Status (Male) must be determined before the program.
