DB Group \xe2\x80\x93 Yield Manager Lifestyle Group, sister company of dB Group in Malta is currently looking for a Yield Manager. An excellent opportunity for a committed, mature and ambitious professional to join our team with dB Group. Job Location - MALTA Note: - UAE Residence visa holders are eligible, visit visa holders cannot apply. Role Responsibilities & duties
- Responsible to work with operational management teams to maximise yield across the portfolio
- Provide regular analysis and reporting to management on yield opportunities and improvements
- Work closely with social media teams to provide data for targeted yield-growth campaigns
- Taking Reservations calls and replying to email enquiries
- Produce weekly and monthly departmental reports for the General Manager
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, travel agents and guests ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times
- Manage the yield budgets & forecasting
- Deal with any complaints and be confident to find a solution
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
