Job Summary (in list format):
- Act as the YARDI Lead, bridging business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Drive and coordinate the execution of the internal YARDI project roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business priorities.
- Gather business requirements, define project scope, and track progress through project lifecycle.
- Lead configuration and rollout of new YARDI modules and enhancements (e.g., Voyager, RentCafe, Yardi CRM, PAYscan).
- Coordinate and oversee testing, data validation, UAT, and go-live readiness in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications and YARDI configurations.
- Provide hands-on support and subject matter expertise for property management, leasing, finance, and asset management functions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Assist in user training, onboarding, and ongoing support for YARDI modules.
- Review and validate technical designs and ensure proper integration with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, BI tools).
- Lead data validation, cleansing, migration, and reporting efforts (using YSR, SSRS, SQL).
- Monitor YARDI system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate system upgrades and patches.
- Manage vendors and consultants, handling timelines, risks, and escalations.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for all YARDI-related queries and initiatives.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment across Finance, Operations, Asset Management, and IT departments.
- Leverage 5+ years of hands-on YARDI experience, strong technical and functional expertise, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
