Position : Yardi Functional Resource

Location : Abu Dhabi - UAE

Experience requirement : 8+ Years

Joining Date : Immediate to 30 days



Looking for candidates with a substantial 8 to 10 years of relevant functional experience in Yardi or similar leasing application implementation and support projects.

v Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry is highly preferred.

v Proficiency in YARDI international, commercial, Voyager Plus, and Orion BI Dashboards is essential.

v Serving as a subject matter expert for the system to support business processes and end users.

v A robust functional understanding of YARDI Leasing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Straight Line calculation, Bank Book, and ABF modules.

v Extensive knowledge of configuring system setups, including Workflow creation, scheduler and Task runner, User Group and Menu, and system lookups.

v Responsible for designing and ensuring the accuracy of business analytics, as well as comprehending system capabilities to enhance automation for evolving business needs.

v Designing and developing system documentation such as user guides, test scripts, process flows, and business requirements (BR).

v Enhancing existing relevant customizations or creating new custom solutions as required for business automation.

v Creating/Importing ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) and providing training to the business on creating and importing Yardi ETLs.

v Data migration for new assets includes new property creation, setups, leasing, and financial transactions.

v Technical knowledge in developing Columnar reports, YSR (Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting), and correspondence reports is advantageous.

v Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and presentation are essential.
