Yard Stock Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for billing the customer both land and yard operations.
Accountable for stock reports, maintain accurate data and reporting to the line manager
Coordinate with data entry team to achieve the completion of reports as template shared by the Line Manager.
Capture all related activities to be charged to the customer within the timeframe.
Closely work with finance team to achieve the closing of all invoices in the time frame advised by the management
Optimum utilization of the available data entry employees.
Coordinate with the yard and land team to get the complete data as pre-requisites in billing the customer.
Scrutinize and analyze the contract, charges , SOP for the existing and new customer. Safekeep all logistics reports and documentations.
Responsible for supplier vendor updating
Maintain the master data of rate cards and charges for vendors and customers.
Education: Degree in business administration
License: UAE driving license will be an added advantage
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in a similar position
