Job Description
Job Summary
Supervises workshop operations to ensure quality repairs, efficient workflow, safety compliance, and timely motorbike delivery while leading technicians and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop operations and job allocation Monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround time Ensure safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance Coordinate parts, tools, and aftersales activities Supervise vehicle inspection and delivery Train staff and handle service-related customer escalations
Key KPIs
On-time job completion Workshop productivity Rework rate Technician attendance Workshop utilization Customer complaints resolved within 24 hrs
Reporting Line
Reports to: Business Head;
Supervises :Technicians & Service Advisors
Coordinates with: Operations, Sales, and Customer Relations
Qualifications & Experience
Any qualification/ Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering 3-5 years workshop experience (two-wheeler/automotive preferred) Strong technical, communication, and Excel/workshop tool skills English required; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
